Welcome to my closet!

A few things I believe about getting dressed in the morning:

1- It is possible for an outfit to be comfortable and professional. No need to sacrifice one for the other.

2- Trying to look your best does not mean you’re “trying too hard”

3- You can put together cute, work-appropriate outfits on a budget — all my outfits fit a realistic teacher income because that’s all I’ve got! Be willing to wait for coupons and sales or get apps that offer discounts to stores you love! (I’m obsessed with Target’s Cartwheel app!)

4- Don’t make things complicated. Who wants to spend 2 hours getting ready?  That being said, don’t wake up last minute and just throw something random on. Give up a little sleep and get yourself put together. You’ll be glad you did!
